Cupping Therapy

Linda Jung is also certified in (dry) Cupping therapy.

Cupping is traditionally used in Chinese alternative medicine. However, Linda utilizes this modality as a rehabilitation tool to breakdown scar tissue, treat myofascial trigger points, assist in myofascial release, and enhance circulation.

The plastic cups (completely safe, compared to glass) are placed strategically on areas that require attention, and a hand pump is used to suction air out. Through this the skin is separated from the layers of muscle and the cups a stationary or moved about. Post treatment, temporary cupping marks usually last about 4 to 7 days depending on the intensity of the suction.

Dry cupping is completely safe and very effective.
